Enroll

The Center for Military-Affiliated Students is here to help you access your VA benefits. Although there are several VA Educational Benefits, the three most commonly used VA educational benefits are:

> Post-9/11 GI Bill®

> Veteran Readiness & Employment

> Survivors' & Dependents' Educational Assistance

To use your benefits at The New School, the University School Certifying Official (SCO) must verify your enrollment with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Students work with SCO each semester when requesting to have their benefits certified through VA.

TUITION

Each year, The New School awards Yellow Ribbon Scholarships to qualifying students. The scholarship is a match-to-match payment provided by The New School and the Department of Veterans Affairs that covers the tuition and fees not fully covered by the Post-9/11 GI Bill®. To qualify, students must:

> Be 100% eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill

> Be enrolled in a degree-seeking program

> Have one semester of benefits remaining

> Submit an updated Statement of Benefits
